Oven/grill: place frozen chicken shish tawook on a rack on 225°c (430°f) pre-heated hot for grill for 6 to 7 minutes , over a hot barbeque or thaw , skewer and roast over a hot barbeque and until cooked. , turning occasionally. Barbeque: place frozen chicken shish tawook on a grill , turning once. Pan: pre-heat a lightly greased pan and cook frozen shish tawook at medium heat for 6-7 minutes |
